Authors who publish their manuscripts in Target : Jurnal Manajemen Bisnis agree to the following terms:

1. The authors retain copyright and grant the journal first publication rights with the work simultaneously licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License. This license permits authors to use all articles, datasets, graphs, and attachments in data mining applications, search engines, websites, blogs, and other platforms by providing appropriate references. The journal permits authors to hold copyright without restriction and will retain publication rights without restriction.
2. Authors may enter into separate additional contractual agreements for the non-exclusive distribution of the published version of the journal (e.g., posting it to an institutional repository or publishing it in a book), with acknowledgment of its initial publication in the year of Target : Jurnal Manajemen Bisnis.
3. Authors are permitted and encouraged to post their work online (e.g., in institutional repositories or on their websites) before and during the manuscript submission process, as this can lead to productive exchanges, as well as earlier and greater citations of published work.
